Layered this over a black base and the prismatic shift is unreal, way more dramatic than I expected. The pigment is super fine so it goes on smooth without any gritty texture. Cat-eye effect shows up instantly once I run the magnet over it.

I was worried the powder would look chunky but it's so fine it practically melts into the polish. Held a magnet over it for a few seconds and got that sharp prismatic cat-eye shift that moves when I tilt my hand. Wore it over a pale pink base and it still popped.
