The blue-black base makes the purple look almost black indoors, then the holo really pops once I'm outside in sunlight. Two coats covered evenly and it dried down fast, no streaks at all.

Wasn't sure about the rainbow holo at first but in sunlight it really pops against the deep purple. Dries fast too, which I appreciate since I'm impatient between coats. Easily my favorite polish purchase this year.
