Crelly：Creme + Jelly = Crelly。Crelly 指甲油具有乳霜基底，帶有輕微半透明或果凍般的質地。它們比果凍質地提供更高的遮蓋力，但不像乳霜質地那樣完全不透明。由於其中等遮蓋力，crelly 指甲油可能需要多塗幾層才能達到理想的遮蓋度或色彩飽和度。

I was worried the powder blue would look chalky but the crelly base keeps it soft and slightly see-through at the tips. Three thin coats built up nicely without any streaks, and it dried to a glossy finish on its own.
Two coats of this crelly gave me full coverage without losing that soft jelly depth, which is exactly what I wanted from a pastel blue. It self-leveled nicely and the creme-jelly mix doesn't look chalky like some light blues do.
I was worried a crelly would look streaky, but two coats evened out perfectly and that jelly depth makes the blue glow a little in sunlight. Wore it four days before the first tiny chip.
