The matte finish on this coral is what sold me — it dries down flat but the crelly base still shows a little depth underneath. Two coats covered evenly and I didn't need a top coat at all.
I've never tried a crelly before and the jelly texture makes it look almost wet even though it dries matte. Two coats gave me full coverage without any streaks.
The crelly formula is what sold me, that jelly depth under the coral makes it look almost lit from within. It dries down matte in maybe ten minutes, which surprised me for something this neon. Wore it to a backyard BBQ and got asked about it twice.
